Brandon Leon Newberry is an experienced veteran disability lawyer with a strong commitment to serving the rights and interests of military veterans. With a background as a Marine combat veteran, security consultant, and legal scholar, Mr. Newberry brings a unique blend of experiences and expertise to his practice.

Brandon served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2006 to 2014, achieving the rank of Sergeant and specializing as an assaultman and TOW Gunner. In parallel with his military service, Brandon Newberry pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Ashford University in Iowa.

Following his honorable discharge from the Marines, Mr. Newberry continued to serve his country as a security consultant, working closely with various government agencies. Recognizing the need for specialized legal support for veterans, Brandon Newberry embarked on a legal education journey. He attended the prestigious Mitchell Hamline School of Law, located in St. Paul, Minnesota. During his time at Mitchell Hamline, he demonstrated exemplary leadership by serving as the President of the Veterans Association.

Brandon Newberry’s legal journey culminated in his graduation from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2021. He subsequently passed the bar exam and officially became a practicing attorney in May 2022. Since then, he has been tirelessly advocating for veterans, using his legal acumen to guide them through the complex web of disability claims and legal processes.

William O’Hara

He further enhanced his academic credentials with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and an LLM in Taxation from the Golden Gate University School of Law. Exton Cordingley
